Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Multicraft Partner at the Warren, OH facility. You will inspect, repair and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance programs.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and continuous improvement in a high-performance environment. Candidates should have a related technical degree or substantial experience, be able to work 12-hour shifts, and pass required screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening; PAT.
• Have safety mindset and focus on hazard recognition.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, advanced machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and maintain asset uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care to reduce failures.
