Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment while upholding safety and quality. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, support preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement within a High-Performance Work System environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ status, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Can work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessments, drug/background checks, and PAT.
• Experience with SAP and manufacturing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines with safety in focus.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to maximize uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventive maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Document daily performance metrics in written and verbal formats.
