Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair and tune high‑speed, advanced machines. You’ll troubleshoot complex electrical systems and implement maintenance improvements within a High-Performance Work Team environment.

The role requires 12‑hour rotating shifts (nights and weekends) and a safety‑minded approach. You’ll use SAP/MES/Office tools and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable production lines for global brands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment assessment, drug test and background screening required.
• Ability to learn mill computer systems (SAP, MES, Office, Outlook).
• High safety standards and teamwork in a High-Performance Work Team culture.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical equipment to maximize uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care improvements.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in team activities.
