Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair, and tune high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, support preventative maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in a High-Performance Work System environment.

Safety, teamwork and accountability come first as you help produce essential products for global markets. Starting Hourly Wage: $40.00 USD.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn mill systems (SAP, MES, Office).
• Willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Able to pass pre-employment tests and physical abilities test (PAT).
• Experience with safety, hazard recognition, and team-based work in manufacturing.
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and maintain asset uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Document performance metrics and participate in self-directed work teams.
• Operate in a High-Performance Work System culture emphasizing safety and accountability.
