Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines in Warren, OH. You will troubleshoot electrical systems and implement maintenance practices in a facility producing for a global market, with safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement at the core.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and background in manufacturing preferred.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing/industrial fields.
• Comfort with SAP, MES, and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure uptime.
• Support continuous improvement and autonomous care within the work team.
• Document daily performance metrics and report findings.
• Operate safely around heavy equipment and elevated platforms.
