Job summary

COLLABORATIVE FOR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES INC is seeking a Site Co-Coordinator for the West Springfield High School after-school program. You will lead on-site activities, support staff, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.

Work with the Administrative Co-Coordinator to design enrichment opportunities for high school students, align programming with DESE's 21st CCLC vision, and maintain accurate attendance and grant records while collaborating with families and school partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensure: None required.
• Experience with youth in educational or youth development settings; strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site programming for the after-school program at West Springfield High School.
• Provide daily guidance and support to program staff and collaborate with the Administrative Co-Coordinator.
• Build and mentor staff and volunteers; foster team spirit through reflective meetings.
• Design engaging enrichment activities aligned with statewide visions and grant requirements.
• Maintain attendance, grant records, and monitor program quality and community partnerships.
