Job summary

COLLABORATIVE FOR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES INC seeks a Site Co-Coordinator for the West Springfield High School after-school program. You will oversee daily on-site programming, guide staff, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that supports student growth and engagement.

You will recruit, mentor staff and volunteers, align activities with DESE's 21st CCLC goals, manage attendance, and maintain grant records while building strong partnerships with families, school leaders, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in educational or youth development settings; leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and related tools.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site programming and provide guidance to program staff.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor staff and volunteers; foster team spirit.
• Maintain attendance records, grant records, and ensure safety and inclusivity.
• Engage families and school partners to align with the mission.
• Coordinate withAdministrative Co-Coordinator on programming and grant requirements.
