• Ability to build partnerships with families, community organizations, and school personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate a range of academic and enrichment activities aligned with program goals.
• Engage students and families, promoting involvement and communicating progress.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Track attendance, outcomes, and data; report as required by grant and school admins.
• Manage the program budget and secure resources to support activities.
• Ensure compliance with district and grant requirements and safety procedures.
