Responsabilités

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Answers calls with exceptional service and triages patient needs.
• Coordinates scheduling and reminder calls for appointments.
• Assists with registration and ensures accurate patient data and insurance coverage.
• Prepares paperwork and receipts for visits and manages payments.
• Ensures privacy and confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Participates in team meetings and supports department goals.
