Job summary

Greystar in Los Angeles is seeking a Service Technician 3 to perform maintenance and make-ready tasks to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose issues, repair defects, and follow safety policies while documenting work orders.

Must have 3-5 years property maintenance, high-rise experience, Yardi experience preferred, EPA Type 1/2 or Universal refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts. Competitive pay range and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• High rise and Yardi experience preferred.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required or preferred depending on role.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing and move-ins by conducting pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintains inventory and uses tools safely, requesting re-orders as needed.
• Documents work orders timely and accurately for tracking purposes.
• Keeps grounds and common areas clean and well-maintained, supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing when possible.
