Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Los Angeles to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in line with company standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the site.

The role requires 3-5 years in property maintenance, with preference for high-rise environments and Yardi experience. Expect a Thursday-Monday 9am-6pm schedule and EPA certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• High rise and Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by completing pre-move-in tasks and inspections.
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory; report re-orders needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and repairs as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by fixing parts when possible and using resources efficiently.
