Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Must have a basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Tracks materials and equipment and schedules vendors as needed.
• Documents service requests for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing parts rather than replacing when possible.
