Job summary

CCI INC in the Los Angeles area seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair of the community's buildings, grounds, and systems under the direction of the Property Manager.

You will lead and mentor the onsite maintenance team, coordinate preventative maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and work with vendors to maintain property reliability and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in property maintenance.
• 1+ years’ experience managing people.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with Yardi and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
• Achieve fast unit turns and ensure safety.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Manage vendors and contractors and ensure work quality.
• Monitor compliance with laws and inspection standards.
• Oversee budgeting and identify capital needs.
• Utilize Yardi Maintenance Mobile and other company tech.
