Job summary

Associa is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day operations of a luxury high-rise condominium. You will lead technicians, respond to work orders, and ensure safety, reliability, and premium service standards.

This senior role requires strong technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, plus leadership and customer service excellence to maintain the property's high standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
Experience in a luxury condominium/high-rise environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and maintain documentation.
Experience leading or mentoring Maintenance Technicians.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and management.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day guidance to Maintenance Technicians and prioritize daily activities.
Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on building systems.
Respond to resident requests, work orders, and emergencies with a service-oriented approach.
Inspect common areas, mechanical rooms, and equipment for safety and reliability.
Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor, Property Management, vendors, and contractors on repairs.
Ensure work is completed to safety and quality standards.
