Job summary

TEN-FIVE SIXTY WILSHIRE in Los Angeles seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and correct deficiencies in the association's common areas under the Chief Engineer. The role requires hands-on experience with high-rise condo maintenance, HVAC systems, and building systems.

You'll work as part of a team, provide strong customer service, be available for overtime, and deliver projects on schedule. Benefits include health and dental insurance, a 401k plan, sick days, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of or experience working on a high-rise condominium Association.
• Repair or replace pullies and bearings.
• Inspect water source heat pumps/ AC units.
• Experience as a maintenance technician. Prefer a High-rise building. High High-rise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with tasks not strictly director or related to the job description
• Maintain a level of standard of customer service set by the employer and the General Manager
• Be available for overtime and when the job requires to do so
• Complete projects and meet deadlines
