Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead the maintenance team and manage property upkeep. You will oversee a wide range of trades, schedule work orders, and ensure preventive maintenance is performed on schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating capital improvements, maintaining records, ensuring safety, and staying within budget while providing reliable, high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in resident services and maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certification required.
• High school education or equivalent; technical certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of property within budget and schedule.
• Supervise and assist in all maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, custodial, etc.).
• Schedule personnel and work orders; ensure completion within 24 hours and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and assist in apartment refurbishments.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects with Capital Improvement Manager and ensure safety compliance.
