Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3+ years in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction.
• Seven years of community management experience; 4+ years leading staff.
• Knowledge of condominium law, financial planning and property management.
• Valid driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
• Commitment to obtain CPM, PCAM, ARM or AMS designations or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for development of short- and long-range plans and annual goals.
• Review organization structure and functions; advise Board on changes.
• Coordinate with public, private, and volunteer groups for community services.
• Support board sub-committees and governance processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, legal compliance, and staff oversight.
• Develop annual operating budget with Board approval and monitor financials.
• Maintain strong communication between Board, committees, and residents.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise community staff.
• Liaise with emergency organizations to maintain evacuation plans.
• Ensure adherence to master and maintenance calendars and budgets.
