Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a High-Rise Community Association Manager to lead day-to-day operations, align with the Board's mission, and oversee staff and finances. The role focuses on building strong community oversight and effective service delivery.

You will manage budgets, monitor monthly financials, and ensure compliance across governing documents while maintaining clear communication with homeowners and Board members. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Seven years of community management experience or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a staff with diverse expertise.
• Understanding of building management, condo law, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for short- and long-range plans.
• Review organization structure and functions and advise the Board on changes.
• Coordinate with public, private, and volunteer organizations for community services.
• Lead and supervise community staff according to the management plan.
