Job summary

Victra is hiring a General Manager in the United States. You will coach and develop the store team, lead talent management, and own sales and operational results to deliver superior guest experiences. Paid training and clear leadership expectations are emphasized as part of the role.

You will drive performance across guest satisfaction, sales targets, and store operations while mentoring your Assistant GM to grow into leadership, within a competitive retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team
• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team
• Work through your team to teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
• Take personal ownership of your store's overall sales performance
• Ensure store employees meet defined monthly success measurements and training
• Own store success and staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention
• Keep score daily of key sales and operational metrics
