Job summary

Victra, the nation’s leading Verizon authorized retailer, seeks a General Manager to drive guest experience and store performance in a fast-paced environment. You will coach the team, own store results, and mentor your Assistant GM while executing company vision daily.

You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while building relationships across stores and with district leadership to share best practices and innovations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Talent management: hiring, developing and mentoring the sales team
• Own store numbers; drive sales, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Set guest service standards and ensure consistent customer experience
• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention
• Lead strategic store initiatives and communicate objectives to the team
• Collaborate with district leadership and other General Managers
