Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and develop staff while driving store performance through budgeting, forecasting, and daily metrics.

You will act as a brand advocate, lead weekly leadership calls, and own results with an ownership mindset. You will manage staffing, training, and performance, support a high-energy sales environment, and ensure Every Guest, Every Time service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, interview, select and develop store talent to strengthen the team.
• Mentor and develop the sales staff; reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Own store numbers: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and daily sales metrics.
• Manage scheduling, labor, marketing, and loss prevention with a focus on results.
• Communicate company objectives and lead by example as a Victra brand advocate.
