Victra seeks a General Manager to lead store performance, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will own sales results, hire and develop staff, and champion the customer experience, while managing store operations and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals
• Balanced priorities in a multifaceted environment
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
• Legal ability to work in the United States
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Teach and reinforce the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales goals and service objectives.
• Own store numbers and corresponding metrics, not just reporting them.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Set the bar for Victra's guest experience and ensure accountability.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay up to date with promotions to provide complete solutions for guests.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees and build cross-store relationships.
• Champion new tools and traffic strategies, driving store growth.
• Engage in sales strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead as a brand advocate and clearly communicate company objectives to the team.
