Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States seeks a General Manager to shape guest experience by coaching the team, hitting sales targets, and running the store like a business—budgeting, forecasting and reporting on performance.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, own hiring and development, deliver ongoing training, and align daily operations with the company vision, while leading with performance, integrity and customer-first service.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Strong interview skills and staffing knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed goals.
• Take ownership of store numbers, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Review key sales and operational metrics daily and adjust proactively.
