ProWood, a division of UFP Industries, is seeking an SDR to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, grow special order sales and build lasting relationships with customers in the retail channel.

Under the supervision of a Regional Sales Manager, you will promote, educate and showcase products, visit customers, manage inventory levels and assist with Pro events.

This role requires one year of customer service experience and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service.
• Experience utilizing basic sales techniques and identifying sales leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting and business concepts.
• Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Generate new sales through stores’ Special Orders program and Contract sales.
• Educate customers on products and solutions and maintain positive relationships.
• Drive Special Order Sales at the Pro Desk and support events.
• Visit customers per schedule and address concerns.
• Ensure stocking levels and inventory; prepare reports and correspondence.
