Job summary

ProWood, a division of UFP Industries, is seeking an SDR to grow retail sales by identifying and pursuing new opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships. You will promote products, educate customers, and support Pro Desk and events.

The role requires proactive prospecting, CRM management, and visiting customers to address concerns and expand accounts. Training will be provided to develop sales skills and understanding of margins and collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Ability to identify leads and convert opportunities
• Excellent communication and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales through stores, special orders, and contract sales
• Educate customers on products and solutions
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
• Drive special order sales at Pro Desk and support events
• Manage CRM records and reporting
