Job summary

ProWood, a division of UFP Industries, seeks an SDR to drive Retail sales by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, growing special order sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will promote, educate and showcase products under the guidance of a ProWood Regional Sales Manager.

The role emphasizes delivering customer-focused solutions, educating clients, and supporting events and displays while using CRM tools to track progress. A strong English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service.
• Experience utilizing basic sales techniques and identifying sales leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting and business concepts.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Generates new sales through stores Special Orders program and Contract sales.
• Educates customers on products and solutions.
• Maintains positive relationships with the current customer base.
• Drives Special Order Sales at the Pro Desk and supports events and displays.
• Uses CRM to manage accounts and track activities.
