CFS is seeking a motivated recruiter to support high-volume hourly and production-related hiring in the United States. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role emphasizes speed-to-contact, strong organizational skills, and building candidate pipelines for manufacturing and warehouse roles. ATS experience and bilingual Spanish are a plus as you help meet hiring goals and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial recruiting experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and production-related positions.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and grassroots recruiting initiatives.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Ensure timely candidate follow-up and maintain urgency throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Facilitate onboarding requirements and assist with offer administration.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to meet hiring goals and workforce demands.
