Qualifications

• Proven ability to navigate a diverse recruiting process and engage clients.
• Experience using dashboards or data to drive decisions in staffing.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage high-volume recruitment.
• Screen resumes, interview applicants, and refer qualified candidates to job assignments.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Write compelling online job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Lead candidates through the interview cycle based on experience and availability.
• Use CRM to document job activity and coordinate workflow with hiring managers.
