You will partner with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to move deals from prospect to close, while representing the brand at events and expanding a top-tier referral network in Louisville.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million+ in monthly origination volume in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing.
• Customer-focused selling with customized loan solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset for structuring deals and tailoring loan terms to client needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; CRM familiarity.
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with targets-driven mindset.
• Experience in real estate lending or with direct competitor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and secure new business from investors, brokers, and agents.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Negotiate and present loan terms with tailored solutions.
• Develop and manage a network of real estate investors and referral partners.
• Maintain CRM-driven pipeline and timely deal progression.
• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations.
• Represent Dunmor at trade shows and industry events.
