Job summary

Rowling Homes LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Dispositions Manager to lead the sale and assignment of acquired properties. You will build relationships with investors, buyers, and realtors, market deals via calls, email, and social channels, and negotiate optimal prices for each property.

You will also manage showings, keep the CRM current from first contact to close, research MLS properties, grow the buyers list, and draft assignment/JV agreements.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation experience with buyers and investors (required).
• Excellent phone skills and ability to set/close appointments daily.
• Knowledge of real estate markets or ability to learn quickly, evaluate comps, price deals.
• Strong CRM and follow-up to nurture relationships with buyers, investors, and realtors.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deals and deadlines.
• Experience using CRM tools (prefer Salesforce) and marketing/lead tech; proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and realtors.
• Market new deals via calls, emails, texts, and social channels.
• Negotiate best prices and coordinate showings and closings.
• Keep CRM up-to-date from first contact through close.
• Research properties on MLS and manage cash buyers list; draft assignment/JV docs.
