Job summary

Cr8tive Realty is seeking a driven Dispositions Manager to turn contracted properties into profitable opportunities. You will market off-market deals to cash buyers, build strong investor relationships, and move transactions from contract to closing with a focus on high earnings.

Training, mentorship, and access to a robust CRM and marketing resources will support your success in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate, sales, investor relations, or deal-making.
Ability to build relationships with buyers and investors.
Comfort with a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Market off-market and wholesale properties to cash buyers and investors.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, flippers, landlords, and real estate investors.
Grow and manage an active buyer database through the CRM.
Follow up with buyers, coordinate property showings, and generate offers.
Negotiate pricing and deal terms to maximize assignment fees and profitability.
Work closely with the Acquisitions team to match properties with the right buyers.
Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other parties to help ensure smooth closings.
Track buyer activity, property status, offers, and overall deal performance.
Take ownership of the dispositions process from contract to successful closing.
