Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our nationwide sales team in Portsmouth, VA. You will develop and manage an assigned territory, promoting client products to physicians and healthcare professionals to influence prescribing decisions.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of pharma, medical device, medical diagnostics, or B2B sales experience, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand awareness.
• Utilize defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions with physicians.
• Travel as necessary, including overnight stays and weekends.
