Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control in New Jersey seeks an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, healthcare, and retail. You will develop relationships, cold-call, and network to grow the business while delivering a customer-focused service.

You will join a results-oriented team with a comprehensive training program, CRM usage, and collaboration across departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Must be self-motivated with hunter’s mentality and able to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings and sell pest control solutions to commercial clients.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
