Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives to grow their Missoula sales book, focusing on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering tailored marketing solutions for local businesses. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes strategic, consultative selling in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll own your book of business, drive new client acquisition, and collaborate with leadership to exceed individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business with data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the full portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams to execute campaigns and strategy.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
