Infinity Property Restoration seeks an experienced Mitigation Operations Manager to oversee all mitigation operations, personnel, equipment, scheduling, and project performance. Lead field teams and coordinate with office staff, estimators, project managers, customers, and insurance professionals to deliver timely, high-quality services.

The role emphasizes profitability, safety, and exceptional customer service, with responsibilities across scheduling, quality control, and client relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restoration industry experience
• Minimum 3 years in management or leadership roles
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must speak English

Responsibilities

• Oversee all water, fire, mold, storm, and emergency mitigation projects.
• Schedule technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors daily.
• Ensure projects meet company standards and IICRC guidelines.
• Monitor timelines, productivity, and profitability; address challenges.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts, including after-hours on-call services.
