Job summary

360 Fire & Flood, a national disaster restoration leader, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize project delivery, and lead Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians. You will implement SOPs, coordinate resources, and manage budgets to drive efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven ability to improve processes in a fast-paced environment. Travel to project sites is anticipated as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Construction Management, or related field; experience can be used in lieu of education.
• 5+ years in operations, business performance, or continuous improvement roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Background in workplace safety or safety leadership; restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, or industrial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution of business processes and service delivery.
• Lead and develop Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians.
• Develop, document and implement SOPs, workflows and processes for the mitigation department, then measure and continuously improve them.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and workflow planning to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives to achieve financial targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation within company systems.
• Ensure safety is embedded in all improvement efforts, including risk assessments and corrective action planning.

Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure the efficient delivery of projects, products, and services across the organization. This role leads operational teams, manages resources, improves business processes, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Operations Manager supports strategic initiatives, drives operational performance, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, financial awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
