Job summary

This role directs field teams, drives performance, and ensures safety and insurance compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The position leads projects in water, fire, and environmental damage events, with responsibilities for team leadership, estimating, and operational execution across high-volume jobs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mitigation/restoration or emergency services operations.
• Experience with TPAs and insurance-driven workflows.
• Ability to lead mitigation crews or departments and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mitigation and remediation field teams across multiple active jobs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate mitigation staff; manage job flow and workload.
• Write, review, and manage estimates using Xactimate and/or Symbility.
• Oversee job costs, revenue, and profitability; act as escalation point for customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols; participate in on-call rotations.
