Townsquare Media is hiring an Account Executive in Yakima for a full-time in-office role. You will own a book of business, bring in new clients, and maintain long-term relationships while selling broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

Expect a data-driven, consultative approach with cross-functional collaboration to hit growth targets. You should have 2+ years in sales, a proven track record of achieving goals, strong presentation and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to grow client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Partner with market leadership to meet and exceed goals.
