Townsquare Media Group is seeking an Account Executive in Wenatchee to own and grow a book of business through full-cycle sales. This in-office role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and presenting a consultative mix of broadcast and digital solutions.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new accounts, while nurturing existing relationships to maximize ROI. The position emphasizes a data-driven, strategic approach in a fast-paced media company with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales is required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
