Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our established, supportive team. This client-facing role uses inbound and outbound leads to identify client needs and recommend tailored P&C and Life & Health solutions.

You will receive robust training and licensing support, work with daily leads, and pursue career growth within a collaborative, high-performance environment. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule and commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (agency will assist).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses (licensing support provided).
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines policies.
• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and support to clients.
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients to grow book of business.
• Establish referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and local professionals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with a results-oriented approach.
• Develop and present additional financial service opportunities to clients.
• Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards.
