Window Nation in Seattle seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of in-home sales representatives and drive revenue growth in the Greater Seattle area. You will develop annual sales plans, set revenue targets, and ensure profitable performance for the market.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will recruit, coach, and evaluate reps, analyze market trends, manage pricing and margins, and foster a high-performance culture grounded in integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consumer sales environment (direct-to-consumer)
• 3+ years leading sales teams in a similar environment
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with equivalent sales management experience
• Excellent communication and credible influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans with revenue targets for the Greater Seattle market
• Recruit, hire, coach, and evaluate in-home sales representatives
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews to improve close rates and sales processes
• Analyze lost sales, competitors, and market trends to strengthen position and drive growth
• Oversee territory pricing, margins, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with Regional Sales Director to reinforce best practices and a high-performance culture
