Window Nation is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to present our home improvement solutions to homeowners, listen to needs, tailor recommendations, and guide the sale from first meeting through post-sale follow-up. This is a dynamic, commission-based role with pre-set appointments, flexible evenings and weekends, mileage reimbursement, paid vacation, and a 401(k) with company match.

A high school diploma and 1+ years in customer-facing sales are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs.
