Qualifications

U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
4+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience.
Ability to coach and motivate a team.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage change and ambiguity.
Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

Lead a dedicated team of HR Administrators delivering end-to-end HR operational support.
Serve as a strategic thought partner across onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits.
Manage a high-volume workflow with 60,000+ inquiries annually.
Provide leadership and oversight for 7–14 colleagues in the Tampa office.
