Qualifications

• U.S. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of HR Administrators delivering end-to-end HR operational support.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner across onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Manage high-volume workflow with annual inquiries and transactions exceeding 60,000.
• Provide interim leadership and operational oversight during an 8-month contract period.
• Foster a culture of trust-based leadership and process excellence for a 7–14 person team in the Tampa office.
