Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking an HR Administrator to support the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with global colleagues to handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, leaves, and transfers, while maintaining data integrity in People Systems and providing ServiceNow-based support.

You will contribute to process improvements through SOPs, data reporting, and peer training, with growth opportunities in regional or global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of professional experience in HR or professional services.
• Exceptional accuracy with efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Independent project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and full employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and transfers.
• Serve as primary contact via ServiceNow, email, and phone; resolve inquiries.
• Develop SOPs, conduct data reporting, and train peers for process improvements.
