You will perform 120–150 dials daily, maintain Salesforce CRM, and drive both immediate enrollments and back-end sales for larger events, with uncapped commissions and a first-year OTE of $90,000

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C sales; this is not an entry-level role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outbound in a KPI-driven environment.
• Experience handling price objections by building urgency.
• On-site full-time work in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsabilités

• Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live and virtual.
• Conduct discovery conversations to surface client needs.
• Build belief and urgency, guiding clients toward a decision on the call.
• Develop back-end sales into larger events; target of one per week.
• Follow up with clients after events to grow the book.
• Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce.
• Own daily numbers: dials, connects, conversion rate, cash collected.
