Robbins Research International in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a high-energy sales professional to enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live or virtual. This role targets volume and impact, with 120-150 outbound dials daily and a compensation structure that includes base salary plus uncapped commissions.

You will manage a warm database, conduct discovery conversations, build belief and urgency, and guide clients toward timely decisions on the call. Local candidates only, full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C sales. We care more about production and activity tolerance than the exact number, but this is not an entry-level role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outbound in a KPI-driven environment
• Experience handling price objections by building belief and creating urgency
• No ego, coachability and a true desire to grow and develop your sales craft through coaching
• Work on-site full time in Scottsdale, Arizona, Monday through Friday.

Responsabilités

• Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live and virtual, starting with Unleash the Power Within
• Discovery conversations to surface client needs and limiting beliefs getting in their way
• Build belief and urgency, and guide clients toward a decision on the call
• Develop back-end sales into our larger events, target of one per week
• Follow up with clients after events to keep them in the ecosystem and grow your book
• Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
• Own your daily numbers: dials, connects, conversion rate, and cash collected
