Job summary

Elite Recruiting Services seeks a Collision Center Manager in Albuquerque to lead a high-volume collision operation. You will drive production, pricing, workflow, staffing, CSI, and customer relationships while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, proven results in collision repair, and strong communication with insurers and customers. In-person work with an emphasis on improving profitability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in automotive collision repair.
• Strong knowledge of CCC ONE estimating and repair procedures.
• Experience building high-performing teams and improving production and profitability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day collision center operations and staff.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop collision repair team.
• Manage production schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure repairs meet OEM procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain relationships with insurance companies, customers and vendors.
• Track KPIs, production metrics, and profitability.
