Responsibilities

• Schedule all internal collision work.
• Direct and dispatch technicians and/or detailers specified RO’s.
• Create and maintain schedule for collision technicians and other associates.
• Hire, train, motivate, counseling, and monitor performance of collision staff.
• Monitor productivity and payroll records; manage parts ordering and sublets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer policies.
