Job summary

Caliber Collision in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, drive profitability, and lead a team to deliver high-quality repairs while adhering to SOPs and insurer guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center to ensure safety, quality and profitability.
• Monitor and review monthly financial metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talented teammates; lead performance and accountability.
• Ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.
